Returns & Exchanges

At Express, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for most items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
